Tip #1 - Eat Fruits Instead of Unhealthy Snacks - One thing you may want to do to help get rid of belly fat is to start eating more fruits instead of eating snacks that are unhealthy. Fruits are very good for you and they have few calories and the have a lot of fiber and water in them. This will keep you from getting hungry as often and they will also provide you with many great vitamins that will improve your health as well.

Tip #2 - Go with Salads - Instead of going with those high calorie sides that you love, such as French fries, you may want to substitute salads instead. Salads have few calories and they are also high in fiber. So, you'll feel fuller but you'll eat fewer calories when you go with a salad.

Tip #3 - Drink More Water and Less Soda - Many people do not realize how many calories they are drinking when they drink sodas, and even if you drink diet sodas a lot, you will still suffer from the bloating effects that soda can have on you. Drinking water is a much better idea than drinking soda. Water is great for your body, it keeps you feeling full, and it is calorie free.

Tip #4 - Go with Lean Meats - Many meats are full of fat and calories, but there are some lean meats that are better choices for people who are trying to lose belly fat. Choose the lean meats, like chicken, turkey, fish, and some of the beef cuts. They taste wonderful and you'll get great protein without as many calories and as much fat.
