May is National Bike Month, and Super Sized Cycles wants all people, particularly those larger people who normally don't participate in the monthly array of bicycling activities, to sign up for the online program. Cycling is an ideal activity for every body, and it doesn't matter how far you go, it simply matters that you Just Start Riding!
The objectives of Just Start Riding! are to increase fitness levels and self esteem, to do something positive for the environment, and to have fun. Riders can to set personal goals for bike riding, fitness and desired weight loss, while saving money and doing their part for the environment.
The Just Start Riding! Program is targeted towards people who don't customarily ride bikes, with a significant focus on big people.
