Physicians recommendation should be taken for exercise routines. Normally, for the first week or so no exercise routine is recommended. Regular diet and exercise could be introduced after the sutures in the stomach heal completely. It is normal for people to think that surgery is a one stop solution for weight loss problems, but it cannot be further from the truth.
