This holds true with regards to the Cabbage Soup Diet which is one of the most economical diets around.
Compared with other diets, the Cabbage Soup Diet uses very economical and accessible vegetables that can be bought at under a dollar each. These vegetables can be found in your local grocery store year round and the preparation method is one of the easiest ways to prepare the dish. Including the fruits and vegetables that the dieter has to consume in one week and the 20 ounce beef, the Cabbage Soup Diet will set you back around $50 for the whole week.
The Cabbage Soup Diet is testament that not all diets are costly. However, you should be warned that the soup should not be undertaken for more than one week. If you are also suffering from any kind of health problems, be sure to consult a physician first before continuing into the diet.
